Research and Teaching Focus
Leadership from an interdisciplinary perspective. I am especially interested in the "imagination" of leadership—how writers and artists explore the complex experiences, feelings, and identities of leaders and followers.
I also explore how leaders talk—in particular, the grammar and rhetoric of leadership communication.
